Raised in Golden, Colorado, Kyle started working in a bike shop somewhat by accident when ski season turned into bike season. A motocross purist, he found himself in crash recovery therapy which required pedaling. He was hooked after his first ride. He carries forward his mentors’ passion for passing on knowledge. Having worked in a fair share of shops for 15 years, he maintains the reminder that he was once new to the world of cycling and full of questions.

Eagle is surrounded by town-owned space as well as Bureau of Land Management and US Forest Service lands. We have over 100 miles of pristine single-track for mountain biking, hiking, trail running and horseback riding. In addition, the Eagle River provides endless opportunities for rafting, kayaking and fly fishing. The newly installed Eagle River Park, located near the Eagle County Fairgrounds is a short walk from town and very close to event camping. There are several rock climbing crags located just outside of Eagle. You can also stop into the local climbing gym offering top-rope, lead climbing, and bouldering as well as a fitness center.
