CAMPING & RVs
Location: Eagle County Fairgrounds, 426 Fairgrounds Rd. Eagle, CO 81631
Arrival: Thursday August 10, 2023 after 5:00pm.
Departure: Sunday August 13, 2023 by 8:00pm.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
2-Day Car Camping Pass – Car Campers will be given a dedicated space which will be large enough for a SUV or smaller sized car, a four (4) person tent and small seating area. Car campers will be allowed to park one car in the location for the weekend. Services for Car campers include, porto-lets and trash dumpsters. A clean camp location upon departure is a must and greatly appreciated.
2-Day Primitive RV Pass – RV parking WITHOUT a power hookup will be located on the gravel lot just West of the fairgrounds. This is parking only with no power, water or waste hookups. Generators are allowed, please be courteous to your neighbors. Services for RV campers include, porto-lets and trash dumpsters. A clean RV spot upon departure is a must and greatly appreciated.

This option will supply a power pedestal with one 30 AMP power hookup. There are no water or waste hookups. Services for RV campers include, porto-lets and trash dumpsters. A clean RV spot upon departure is a must and greatly appreciated.
Looking for water or dumping? There is a water fill and black + grey water dumping station location at the CDOT Rest Area in Edwards, CO – East of Eagle.
ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPFIRES OR FIREWORKS!
Use of propane burners, grills and other cooking devices will be allowed – pending Eagle County Fire Restrictions at the time of the event. Eagle County Fire Restrictions may be found on the Eagle County Website HERE.
Campfires are strictly prohibited. Over the past two summers, Eagle and the surrounding areas have had numerous wildfires and take the County-issued Fire Restrictions seriously. Any camper found to have an open, unapproved flame or fire will be required to leave the camping areas immediately.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited and any camper found with fireworks or found setting off fireworks will be required to leave the camping area immediately.

GETTING TO THE VENUE
The main festival venue entrance is a short walk from the camping and RV area located at the Eagle County Fairgrounds. Campers will be able to walk or ride bikes to the venue using the bridge over the Eagle River at the “Fishing is Fun” parking area. The walk/ride to the venue is .5 miles. Please note the festival bike valet is first come first serve.
FOOD
There are several local restaurants and bars located close to the venue as well as a grocery store with all of the essentials. Local Eats page coming soon.

Departure: All Tent Campers, Car Campers and RVs must depart the Fairgrounds venue by 1:00PM Sunday, August 12 .

Departure: All Tent Campers, Car Campers and RVs must depart the Fairgrounds venue by 1:00PM Sunday, June 5.

Tent Camping – Tent Campers will be given a dedicated space which will be large enough for a four (4) person tent and small seating area. Tent Campers will be allowed to pull a car up to their space and unload gear. Once the car is unloaded, cars must move to the asphalt parking lot located at the Fairgrounds. Services for Tent Campers include, porto-lets and trash dumpsters. A clean camp location upon departure is a must and greatly appreciated.
