GENERAL EVENT RULES & INFO
The 2023 Block Party has grown into a fantastic 3-day event! In order to provide the best experience for all attendees, a number of affordable ticket tiers are available. Please look carefully at the ticket tiers on the Tickets page to be sure you are buying the correct ticket for the part of the event you want to attend. Buy early to access the best prices!
Note: Children 12 and under are free in GA and children ages 2 and under are free in VIP. Anyone over the age of 13 will need a ticket to enter the event.
Yes! All of the bands in the lineup are appropriate for all ages.
This is a rain or shine event. The show would only be stopped temporarily in the event of severe weather that might affect the safety of artists, staff, or attendees.

The Rewards Program is back for the 2023 Block Party, simply share a personal link with your friends. Each ticket sold is worth 250 points. Earn 10% off your ticket when you earn 500 points, earn 25% off your ticket when you earn 1,500 points, and earn 100% of off your ticket when you earn 12,500 points.
Event is rain or shine. All ticket sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. We urge you to confirm all event details before completing your purchase. Your completed ticket purchase implies consent to our ticketing policy.
WHAT CAN I BRING? WHAT CAN I DO?
No outside food or beverage will be allowed except for factory sealed water bottles. No animals. No marijuana. Additionally, no weapons of any kind will be allowed into the venue. This includes, but is not limited to guns, knives, tasers, or pepper spray.
Backpacks and bags are allowed into the event but will be subject to search at the entrance to ensure no prohibited items enter the event boundary.
There will be no outside food or beverage allowed except for factory sealed water bottles. If you arrive at the venue gate with a personal drinking vessel which is not factory sealed, you will be asked to pour out the contents.
We love dogs, but due to the nature of the event, only service animals as defined by the ADA will be allowed entry to the venue.
We understand that you may want to bring a lawn chair along so you can take a seat and enjoy the music. If you’re planning to do so feel free until to set them up behind the sound board. You’ll be asked to take them back to the car once the venue starts to fill up around 6pm.
The venue is a no smoking venue. However, after entering the venue with a valid ticket and receiving a wristband, those needing a cigarette or vape can leave the venue to do so and re-enter at any time.
Please note that while possession of marijuana is legal in Colorado, it is not legal to smoke marijuana in public.
THE VENUE
There will be plenty of porta-potties on site, including multiple ADA units.
The event is outdoors in downtown Eagle. The VIP area will have a tented area for protection from the elements. Entrance into the VIP area will require a valid VIP ticket.
Yes. Security officials will be located at all entrance points, and will be easily accessible if needed.
Yes. Credit cards will be accepted at all food and beverage vendor booths.
The event takes place on the sidewalk and in the fully closed streets of downtown Eagle, so wheelchairs should be able to move freely throughout the venue. If you have additional questions or need special assistance, please email info@blockpartyeagle.com.

Definitely! We encourage you to ride your bike. It’s better for the environment, better for your body, safer, and you don’t have to worry about parking. The Cycle Effect will be hosting a bike valet so you can be sure your bike is safe while you’re enjoying the concert! Space in the bike valet is first come, first served, and space is limited. Check out our Parking & Directions page.
